HOW WILL I ACCESS TO THE SOFTWARE?
To access our software system, simply download our App.You can find it on Google Play Store or iOS Store by searching for "Becon Pro."To gain access to the App, you will need to obtain a B2B account from us. Once you purchase the device, we will send you guidelines for setting up the software and provide you with login credentials.
HOW DO YOU MEASURE TEMP/MOISTURE/ODOR?
The scanner is equipped with a non-contact sensor and can measure temperature, moisture, and odor. In the case of odor, it measures VoC (volatile organic compounds) value and replaces the ppb value with an odor index.
HOW DOES THE AUTO STERILIZATION CRADLE WORK?
When the scanner is placed in the dedicated cradle after use, a blue light comes on and the camera area is automatically sterilized and disinfected for 5 minutes.
How long will it operate after being fully charged?
The battery size is 2500mAh and can last for over 4 to 6 hours after being fully charged.

Grey hair or white hair can be identified with an accuracy level of 70 to 80%. It is crucial to capture images that clearly show the hair follicles, as inaccuracies may arise from imprecise pictures. The premium software package includes branch management features. Currently, leading salons or hospitals with multiple branches utilize this software to supervise their operations effectively. With one software accessible on multiple devices, you can efficiently oversee various local branches without any restrictions on the number of branches managed.
Do I need to buy software for each device if I purchase multiple ones?
Software must be bought separately for each device. Yet, when it comes to branch management, all tasks can be managed efficiently using just one account.
Which tablet model is recommended?
For Tablet PC models, we recommend choosing any Tablet released after 2022. Avoid unknown Chinese brands that may have their own Android system. Look for at least 4GB of RAM and a camera resolution higher than 8MP (13MP is ideal) for a good experience while using the camera.
Connection Issue with Device
I am experiencing difficulty connecting the device to the Wi-Fi network. What steps should I take?
Our scanner is compatible only with 2.4GHz WiFi.
Here are the two necessary steps:
- Turn on the hotspot at your workplace using your mobile phone and attempt to connect the device to the hotspot WiFi
- If step #1 is successful, you can adjust the WiFi settings on your own or seek technical assistance from your WiFi provider (such as Comcast, Cox, etc.) to enable separate functionality for 2.4GHz.
The AP WiFi router should support both 2.4GHz and 5GHz, but your shop's WiFi settings might be limited to 5GHz.
Understanding the Analysis
How is the global average determined?
[For Scalp analysis]
We calculate scores (0~100 points) for each diagnosis of items such as sebum, moisture, sensitivity, volume, follicle density, etc (10 items).
And the global average means that we simply make the average for each diagnosis item for entire users(currently about 500,000 data).
How is the global ranking determined?
Users are grouped by age ranges: 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, and so on.
Each age group includes a specific number of users, with new users added over time.
For instance, the 30-39 age group accounts for approximately 220,000 diagnostic cases. Within this age bracket, each diagnostic result is assigned a score. The highest score ranks 1st, while the lowest score ranks 220,000th. (The lower the rank, the better the score within the same age group.)
Understanding Scalp Temperature Interpretation
Scalp temperature is simply a way to gauge the heat of the scalp using an infrared sensor, much like measuring a person's body temperature. Elevated scalp temperature can be detrimental to hair health. A high scalp temperature can lead to scalp dryness, resulting in issues like excessive sebum production, scalp inflammation, rashes, dead skin cells, and a shortened hair growth cycle.

For odor, a non-contact VoC sensor is used, through which the sensor recognizes organic compounds ignited on the scalp and defines the odor level in ppb values.
The VoC sensor is a sensor that measures the indoor air quality entering the air purifier. It is a very sensitive sensor and is greatly influenced by the surrounding air conditions, so it easily responds to very sensitive odors, but can react less sensitively to the appropriate odor level on the scalp, making it an interesting element. It is being used a lot. After booting the device, sensor values are not output for calibration for 1 minute, and values are output starting 1 minute later.
understanding of moisture interpretation
Scalp moisture plays a crucial role since skin moisture levels are significant.
An ideal range for moisture content is between 60 to 90 g/m3.
Calculating Follicle Density: Meaning of ea/cm²
This refers to the number of follicles within a 1cm² area. Since the scanner covers approximately 0.65cm², we multiply the follicle density result by 1.6
How many people are needed for the data to be statistically significant?
Having at least 1000 samples for each age group (10-19, 20-29, 30-39, etc.) would be ideal.
Once you begin utilizing the solution, gathering these samples will be a straightforward process.
During the analysis
Continue displaying the message of “Failed in Analysis. Please try again if the problem persists, please contact the administrator.”
If an image fails to analyze, an error message may appear. In this scenario, you should delete the problematic image and rerun the analysis.

Progress in the analysis is progressing slowly
For our scanner to efficiently transmit video streaming to the mobile app wirelessly, a stable WiFi speed is essential. Ideally, the RSSI signal should range between 3 to 5.
Consider contacting your internet provider to boost the signal strength. For optimal performance, the WiFi upload speed should be a minimum of 5Mbps, with most internet services supporting 20Mbps to 40Mbps or higher.
To test the scanner's functionality, you can use a mobile hotspot or test it at home or in a cafe using different internet connections.
